· Answer to the visitors' questions online or by phone .
· Recommend the suitable hotel to meet customer's requirements to complete the booking.
· Do a good job in customer records, process orders and pay a return visit to the guests.
· To disseminate the company's business by mail, fax, phone, etc. Assist the principle to do the maintenance of the system
Key Requirements:
· Full-time undergraduate university graduates.
· Major in English should pass the TEM 4,other professionals should pass the CET 6.
· Standard Mandarin, excellent English reading and writing skills.
· Strong adaptability. Able to adapt to the shift system.
2.Account Manager(5 person)
Responsibilities:
· Build up good relationship with clients
· Follow up items and other necessary contacts with clients
· Develop more business opportunities with existing clients
· Develop more external clients
Key Requirements:
· University degree or above, major in economy / business management preferred
· Good understanding of marketing and sales
· At least 2-3 years working experiences .Able to inspire and lead project process.
· Excellent planning, implementation, and negotiation skills
· High degree of creativity, and the ability to work under pressure;
